Each key individual in the Buccaneer team brings specific contacts and experience that enhance the company’s operational and technical capability. This allows it to identify and access opportunities before many other operators even become aware of the prospect. The core Buccaneer management team consists of:

Curtis Burton, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, who has a proven success record of start-ups, oil finding and leadership in the oil and gas industry.

Clint Wainwright, Executive Vice-President - Operations & Business Development, is a reservoir engineer with 34 years experience in discovering, drilling and operating projects both onshore Texas and Louisiana, and offshore in the Gulf of Mexico. His operational experience will maximize project reserves and margins.
